I don't really know why such sudden i keep my body fit,i think my age is grewing older maybe,and sickness is easily come by and so every evening as usual went for a jog or either go swimming actually swimming is better than jogging but very tiring,the point is swiming u don need to sweat like hell and also can build up ur body,but for jogging u will sweat like hell but it's good can burn all ur calories and toxin in our body so for me i choose this two of them,sumtimes i go for regular exercis like go for gym to build up my body.It's quite weird many people thought me i got sickness the truth is no or i don know cause i din't check go for check up for a long time the answer is i want to make my body healthier and always keep fitness but i have one habit always sleep late and wake up late but the too sleep like is wrong,the proper way of sleeping is sleep early wake up early i hope i can change this habit.Well this is one of my life style and my holiday project "keep body FITNESS"
